Spences Farm + Tennis

A Brief History

Andrew Newton_31.jpg

Spences Farm used to be a brick factory due to the clay soil until it became a working Farm of 250 acres. The current owners bought just 13 acres approx. 12 years ago and have extensively modernised the estate, including demolishing the original house and rebuilding to its current style of original, yet also contemporary.

The House has been rebuilt to the highest standard with two open fireplaces, one being an inglenook, multiple usable rooms, an amazing outside entertaining area incorporating a wood fired oven, an Argentinian barbeque, a wok burner, two fridges and dishwasher.

The land comprises of 13 very versatile acres, including gardens, paddocks, massive car parking in 3 separate areas, motocross jumps, a double half pipe, and parkland like fields.

It is a truly amazing, secluded, private estate with huge potential for multiple uses.

We Would love to hear from you.
