Spences Farm is a glorious secluded property set within 13 acres of land. Located down its own long lane, it is very private and quiet, surrounded by woods and open pastures. Laughton is a small Sussex village set close to the South Downs with its own lovely pub and quaint village store.  It is 3 miles from Glyndebourne, 6 miles from Lewes, 12 from Brighton, 30 mins drive from Gatwick and 55 mins via the train to London.  The property has no close neighbours. There is plenty of parking for cars and trailers and the owner owns the private access road.
